What a setup we had going here at Tiernasligo NS for Pancake Tuesday! So many toppings on our lovely pancakes for every Student and Staff Member at the school. Many thanks to our Parents Association fundraising for covering the costs and to our Student Council and Parent Volunteers for their excellent cookery skills and customer service! Such a lovely way to count down to Mid-Term Break. One last sweet treat before Lent! We hope everyone enjoyed them, but going by the photographs, I think they did!
