Finn Valley Primary School Athletics

A great day of Sport and Teamwork at the Primary School Athetics today in Finn Valley. Congratulations to all 28 students who took part. What a fantastic experience for Tiernasligo National School.

Even in the showery weather, all 3 relay teams placed 2nd and earned themselves medals! 🏅 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️ 🎽

Special mention to Charlie Doherty who won a Gold Medal in the Shot Put event 🏅

The commitment to training and hard work shown by everyone was fantastic!

Thank you to Ms. Doherty for the commitment to athletics training in all weathers and to our Parent Volunteers on the day. We couldn't attend these events without this great teamwork.
